It is used, I played it only few times though. I bought several games around the same time and it's just gotten to where I don't think I'll get around to playing it again. It's in 100% perfect working condition. I take very good care of my games :)

It's a service offered by the USPS specifically for CDs, DVDs and other forms of media...and after looking it up just now, it looks like it's only for educational material lol. I guess I'll be shipping it USPS First Class instead! :)

Because there are zero scratches and no signs of use. That is mint condition. Does using a game mean that there is automatically scratches? Not in my case!

Yes. Ass mentioned in the description, the Uplay Online Passport code that came with the game is included. I did not use it, so it is completely valid.
