so they told you a 2012 award card is still valid? interesting as I got one of those in my purse and didn't think it was. will have to call to verify because, if it is, is a good item to bid on...thanks

I called to make sure that it was valid before I posted it, so yup it said that the balance was still $5.

It's still good folks. I used one I had since 11/1/11 and it went through. The cashier told me that if it doesn't state that it expires within a year then it usually is good.
