I just love this ring, but, I want to earn credits for gifts for my family. It is a big ring a roomy size 9 and marked 9 inside the band. The dark blue or black sapphire is faceted both on the surface and underneath. I purchased the ring from a jeweler and it is a genuine sapphire hand set in solid sterling silver. Also, the ring is marked 925 with a jewelers hallmark NV inside the band. There are no chips or cracks on the stone and no feathering or wear to the facets. Stone was hand set and remains tight and firm. Does not need reset and setting is not worn or scratched anywhere. Any spots in the photo are just dust. It is a vintage ring with ever so slight signs of usage including a tiny microscopic scrape on the underside of the band. I know you will love it as much as I have! Thanks so much for bidding! :)
