this is a 2 disc game, neither discs have any scratches that would affect performance of the game. in this game you create your own city and run it, i mostly just used it to create massive mountians and set everything of fire and use the lightening endlessly, but thats just me. this game is rated e for everyone.

game comes in case with booklet.

system requirements:
windows xp, windows me, windows 2000, windows 98 (windows 95 and windows NT are not supported)
** i don't know about windows 7, that's what we have right now and i haven't tried it with this computer, so theres your fair warning to any windows 7 user.

requires 1.6 free GB on your hard drive
