This is a Child of Mine from the makers of Carters sleeper in preemie size with a cow and moon and stars with snaps down the front to both feet for easy diaper changes - cute for a baby boy or baby girl or a surprise. This yellow is hard to photograph accurately, it looks nicer than the photos. Carter's size chart says their preemie size fits up to 5 pounds and 17", but this fit my twins until they were just over 6 pounds and they were over 18" at birth (each piece of clothing can fit different depending on the child's weight and torso length). Item has been washed in hypoallergenic laundry detergent before listing.
