For that matter, USPS Flat Rate small box is $5; so anywhere in the US for a small box for this would be $4-$5. So I hope to win. :-)

(PS) you DO have the disc of drivers for this, right? I seen these all over eBay & Amazon & there's no name brand on the blasted thing so I wouldn't know where to look for the brand.
