Four new foot detox pads (usually called Kinoki pads). Comes with pads, patches and instruction/info sheet.

They claim the herbs in these pads "draw out" the toxins in your body and help resolve all sorts of health problems. Ive read numerous testimonials but I only used it once, so I can't say one way or the other, but I do know that I put them on clean feet and slept on them (no walking around, etc) and they were horrid and black in the morning!
