Child's Tonka work vest with belt loops for tools (not included). Velcros around waist and neck. Yellow and orange with black trim. Probably fits most children. Measurements are 11 " long from v-neck opening to bottom, 12 " wide from underarm to underarm, neck opening is 8 " down from back of neck to v.

No, I think this would fit up to about 12 because of the velcro on the waist and neck.
