In 1982 I was put in charge of renting the movie for our church's annual coed pre-teen sleepover & never again would I be trusted with so much as cleaning erasers at that church. While we kids were mesmerized by Rick Baker's breakout performance in the art of special effects the parents were left squirming uncomfortably by the site of Jenny Agutter's steamy sex scenes. However, while almost every parent present took time to pull me aside and voice their displeasure with my film selection I (for a night) was a rock star in the eye's of every kid at that slumber party. VIVA LA WEREWOLF!!!
