no it wont cost more than 4 dollars with tracking maybe less because its so small buy the post office small bubble mailer for a dollar and they go by weight and give you tracking on the receipt now just ask the post person to make sure you got the right one for tracking ive done it for a long time and you will get way more bids the more you do like verify all your accounts offer low or free shipping till your trusted youll get tons of credits and welcome to listia you will love it once you get the hang of it and start out small with cheaper items till you are trusted then post gold youll get more

hi more about the ring. it is in perfect shape. it is 30 years old and has never been worn. I have changed the shipping to $6.00. no one will be disappointed when they get this ring it is beautiful. I hope this answers every ones questions.
