Its was used has a little nicks on it but nothing too serious. Its very Durable and Im Inculuding a Insten : Screen protector "I'll post pics of the dings if you'd like me to do so and the screen protector".

Besides the nicks I think its condition is great. I just had to get an other one so it was just lying around. I think I'd still be using it if I had my older i-touch.
