Yes it takes a Sim card, I do not know if you can use it with T-mobile you will have to call them and ask them that question as it is a Verizon cell phone

Would this phone's 'ESN' be clear or 'unlocked' I guess is the question I am trying to ask??? So that way I can tell my provider the info & they will inform me if I will be able to use this phone or not.... Thanks f&w for now :)

I have no idea this is all Greek to me, my cousin had it on a plan with Verizon and they sent it to her to use until her phone came in, which was 2 days of use, other than that I have no idea, but you can call your provider to find out the info or just Google it

I understand :) And I am interested in this phone but you would have to check that I do believe cause you have to call & give them the numbers on back of the phone (behind the battery) to be able to ask Verizon that question. Then I would know to be able to ask my provider about the phone :) ....Thanks Hun :)

Let's make this a little easier, who is your provider? because I originally bought this phone from my cousin to use on Straight Talk and was informed that it is impossible because it is exclusive to Verizon

just a little tech info it does matter if is verizon all you do its go online and pay 10 dollars for a code u put the sim of your carrier and enter the code and your phone should be unlock as simple as that :D if you need the page comment ill put the link :D just helping your product :D
