No not at all. :( At first, I bid by mistake and decided to followed through with the process anyway because it was my fault for bidding. I asked her about what type of hair it was, color, and the name of the site/business she claimed she had to validate that she was indeed telling the truth about her listing. She did not respond. I won it on Oct. 12th and haven't heard from her after 3 e-mails so I listed a dispute on Oct. 20th. Apparently she didn't respond to other bidders as well.
