The blue is nothing but a Blue marker, that I put it on there so that I could tell if it is a 'P' or 'D" which would be red ..........Nothing Else

Yes it will cost you $ 1.00 But in reality it will cost me $ 1.89 to ship to you, because the capsule are heavier. That is why FREE shipping is the most phoney and stupid thing to do...it does not always bring bigger credits...SORRY !!!!!!!
