This is re-listed. PLEASE...be reasonable. The person who originally won this msg'd about their codes, but I couldn't answer right away because my hard drive crashed. I told them what happened (from another computer) and that I had to get a new HD and get my computer set back up. I offered to re-type & send all of the codes that night, but was unable to get online at home. Instead of being understanding, as they had replied that they were. They turned around and opened a dispute a day and a half before the time to send it was up (claiming that it had been over 7 days even though it plainly showed it was only 5 days), with no communication showing their intent. Then when I responded to such a rude action, they replied with more rudeness and the statement that "now this is personal". Now they are blocked, and Listia notified of the harassment.

My point is...be reasonable.

I won't have another HD crash...(I durned sure had better not! I just had to buy a new HD and lost ALL of my data and photos in the process!!!), but if you know darned well that your transaction partner has real life events going on...don't be a ____ and just open a dispute with no further communication. State your intentions...either to begin with (this person -on Thursday- asked me to send them the codes by Sunday night- which I couldn't do until I was able to get online early Sunday evening-, more than a full day before the 7 day time allowed. Then they opened a dispute with no further communication mid afternoon during the day on Sunday). Or at least let them know when you change your mind.

Communication isn't hard. I like to get things out quickly and send extras as I can, but I will not jump through hoops for rude people who insult me and cause trouble when I have done what I can to keep them informed and keep within Listia rules.
