13" x 5" x 8 1/2 2 zippered compartments inside and 2 small pockets for phone etc.
1 zippered compartment on the back side. Very clean and in excellent condition.
Only used once or twice. Would make a great gift.

no, not vinyl. The trim is leather, not sure what the rest of it is. Different texture than vinyl or leather. But very nice. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
