Description

The listing, Very Colorful BORNITE/ PEACOCK ORE Stone/ Rock has ended.

This is Peacock Ore, also known as Bornite. This stone has amazing colors. The colors are so vibrant that it looks like it glows/ radiates. Sometimes this stone is also called Chalcopyrite, which is very similar. The only difference is the molecular make-up.

Bornite is one of the strongest healing stones. Bornite (Peacock Ore) is a copper-rich sulphide mineral, which is often referred to as the ‘stone of happiness’. Its extremely powerful energies eliminate negative feelings and bring an abundance of happiness and joy to one’s life.

I only ship to verified US addresses for free. I will ship to Canada for $6.00 (shipping and handling).

You could easily wire wrap this piece into a pendant. It will be a statement and get noticed!

Thanks for looking!

Very cool your son is into rocks and uses them to his advantage! The different vibration of each rock is amazing. I have been fortunate to travel to many locals to collect rocks. I enjoy sharing my collection and knowledge. I will continue to have auctions with rocks, crystals, minerals, etc. Happy bidding and good luck!

England, Sweden, Canada, Chile, Peru, Arizona, Montana, Virginia, North Carolina, Conneticut. I believe possibly Colorado. The specimen up for auction is from Mexico. I did not find it. YEARS ago I found chalcopyrite in a mine that was active for silver in New Mexico!! On average the rock consists of 60% copper. It occurs where copper/ precious metals occur. I have never seen it on all my trips to mines in Michigan.
