This is for a brand new never opened Sally Hansen Magnetic nail polish. The color is Red-y Response. It is very simple to use. You just apply a single coat to the fingers and leave it to dry. Then apply a second coat. Only do one finger at a time and move the magnet on the finger for 10 to 15 seconds. Then you will see the wavy effect. The top lid comes off and has the built in magnet on it. I recommend holding it over your nail for 15-20 seconds. In the second picture you can see what it looks like. You can move the magnet for different direction designs.
