Y-Dragon Head MFC-005 Super Rare from Magicians Force ~ MINT CONDITION!!
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to your " X-Head Cannon" as an Equip Spell Card, OR change it back to a monster in face-up Attack Position. When equipped to a monster by this card's effect, that monster's ATK/DEF is increased by 400 points. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the monster that this card is equipped to is destroyed in battle, this card is destroyed instead)

How do you enter a starting bid?

Ther is a box that says "Your Max Bid" next to where it says "Starting Bid" or if there is already a bid it will say "Current Bid". Type in how much you want to bid in the box. You then have to click the green "Bid" button. A yellow bar will then appear below the where you clicked the "Bid" buton. The bar will say "You are about to bid XXX credits" (the XXX will be a number). You click either "Submit" or "Cancel". If you click "Submit" your bid will go through. If you click "Cancel" your bid will be cancled and will not go through. Hope this helps :)
