Description

The listing, Pewter Dragons Fighting Over Magic Globe has ended.

This is a casting of two dragons fighting over a magic globe, or at least that is what I was told by the shop owner. My boys were into fantasy games and when I get around to it, I will offer some of the more difficult to obtain books on gaming. But this little casting (6-inches high and 6 inches wingtip to wingtip) was put into a box to be forever forgotten. A move to Indonesia dictates that we take only what is essential, so this must go. Actually, since I took pictures of it, I was reminded why I bought it. At least I got to enjoy it for a few years. I hope it's new owner feels the same way. I think it is the perfect gift for the young teen into gaming, even video gaming. Goth is so popular now!! Shipping will be free to the winner.

I am glad you like it. There are lots of us out there. My sons' collections are awesome. But one is going to Indonesia and I will probably move there in 8 months, so we must find a home for all the RPG books and paraphenalia. I will list it as I find it. Thank you for commenting, and good luck.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know when you start listing the RPG gaming stuff. My teenage son is a total RPG & gaming nut, especially for D&D book, miniatures, maps, etc. He's sold or is selling off virtually everything in his room in hopes of winning some D&D stuff on here. I've fanned you, but please email me when you list. Thx!

I do not know whether you got my reply. Listia never seems to recognize when I answer an email, but I have put your name down on my list and I will email you JUST BEFORE I start listing the RPG books. I have some unpainted miniatures which are about 15 years old which the boys never finished. I have photographed them and the only thing I have left to do is ask Chris if he wants to store them. He is getting more and more nostalgic about his things, which is normal, but we CANNOT ship these things to Indonesia. It is just prohibitively expensive. I am also "cleaning house" of many beloved memories, but that is life. It means going forward. I am so thrilled that Carla and Chris are finally going to be married that it offsets the loss of my things. I am actually happy to do this.
Tell him that I will hold off until he has built up his points. If you want to reach me, you can do it through Listia, but I want to give him a chance to get some credits. If he can't get the credits, I will ask Chris if he wants to donate some books to your son if you will pay the postage. Don't say anything to your son until I ask Chris. I don't want to say something that I could not do, but it is hard to make credits right now. Everyone seems to have spent a lot of credits at Christmas. Understandable.

TY! He's recently discovered they can run games over Skype or NetMeeting using the WebCams and no longer has to look for people to play with him in person. (Which is acually great. Safer and no Mommy taxi involved.) So he is anxious for more miniatures and to expand his set. He'll be saving up his pts. and we'll be watching.

I do like them, even though they belonged to the kids. Dragons can be anything you want them to be -- I think that is the fascination.
