Hi Mary is it....WARNING...I see your new here and your offering up a gift card and many are going to say just put a stamp on it and mail it.. BUT WHAT THEY ARE NOT MENTIONING.. is that listia will not give you any credits for the sale until they state they received your item...
Sounds easy enough except if they say they never received it they keep the card and they get their credits back as well..You will need tracking on the package when you send it out to prove you sent it later if need be..
SADLY I HAVE SEEN MANY NEW MEMBERS TAKEN BY THIS SCAM.... You can use a stamp but buy the tracking at the post office to cover your self...and since your listing states Winner pays exact shipping (United States) you can bill the winner for the tracking expense.. Vinnie
Thank you vinnie for bringing that to the new Listian's attention. My daughter fell into that trap and had to return more than 25,000 credits for something I personally mailed and know it was mailed. But, we did not have tracking to prove it and it is worth the extra money to prove you sent your items. Hey Vinnie, maybe Listia should consider facilitators for New Listian's that would really stop a lot of this stuff, Good post.
I noticed both of your only auctions were locally picked up by the same bidder. I think that is too convenient to establish trustworthiness to send out a $25.00 card. I'll pass Thank you this time.
