Not really thick. Used but still plenty of life left size says small on the tag but fits from 3-5 which is more like a medium in junior's. and Hollister is a junior's brand. White possibly looks slightly off white in different lighting. Hollister on the butt. Cute Capri's! There is a knot in the string around the waist there you can try to get it out or possibly even just cut it and buy a new one and thread it through.
