this is different, looks home made with the pinking around it.Does it come with a glitter pen for writing?

It doesn't come with a glitter pen, if I find one in my craft box though I'll send it with it. I picked it up for my puppy, but then the hubby surprised with a personalized stocking for her. I liked it because it was different.
