Small flat rate ships for $5.80 versus your asking $12.00 Media rate is much less than that. Would you consider a lower shipping rate?

it's a medium flat rate box not small and quite heavy. If a box is light I do wrap it and send for a lower rate, but for this medium flat rate is the least expensive.
