how big is it ? Matted or framed? Very beautiful looks like oil painting?

regular drawing sheet of paper around 8" x 12" maybe. It's my own artwork I had made a while back when I was having some problems with my voice and was unable to talk at all for a few months..(normally a vocalist)
I use a combination of different things for my art , this one is mainly hi-lighter, shapie and rose art regular and metalic markers. there is no frame but I seal ,y drawings front and back with clear packing tape - i try to be pretty neat about it and it looks like it's been laminated in the end and it wont most of the usual wear and tear from being hung with tape or even tacks and is pretty damage resistant - looks fine with or with out frame (to me)
