Real 10k gold ring with dainty sapphire center gem and clustered diamonds surrounding. I originally got this tiny ring in hopes of having a baby girl but only boys so far. My three year old son has been caught wearing it! I believe it to be a size 5 or so as it fits on my pinky finger.
