I never use the shake weight because well I am kinda lazy haha so I figured I would send it off to a new home :p

comes with instructional DVD.

Barely used so it's in great condition. The DVD does have a scratch on it but it still plays all the way through (just watched it all to see)

If bidding goes over 500 points I will throw in a mystery gift :) (it has to do with working out too!!!)

I only accept paypal, and before bidding is over I will have the exact shipping so do wait for me to tell you!!!

I'm sorry. no. But you can still send to paypal from a credit/debit card to my paypal account all you will need is my email and go to paypal and hit send money and follow the prompts on the screen. I do not know how much shipping will be at the moment, I am guessing between 5 to 7 dollars. I will let everyone know asap okay?

No, this won't fit in a small flat rate box. But you can use one of the Priority Mail shoe boxes for that, you can get it at the post office. I ship one of those just few days ago and cost me $7.60 because the weight (2-3 lbs) and also depends the zip code. So, I will tell you that shipping will runs between 7-9 dollars, if this will help. Good luck with your auction.
