I believe it can be prepaid or contract but must use sim card to activate

need to know what voice system it's on (GSM, CDMA), or, the previous provider (AT&T, Sprint, etc) to know if it can even be turned on.

are you sure it's not locked, & and can be used in the United States?

Would you please accept an already prepaid shipping label for this and if so then i could email it to you or send it to you whichever would be easiest for you. all you'd have to d is tape it to the package you'd be sending out and i could schedule a pick up so you wouldn't have to take it anywhere and it won't cost you anything!! if this would be ok please let me know and thank you!!

its ATT wireless, the phone turned on and working. never been activated I dont use it.
