This hat is an original Old Course at St. Andrews (The Glenway Cap) Made in Great Britain/Scotland out of 100 % pure new wool, except the band is made of 100 % nylon. # 13829- It is in very good condition and I can envision Payne Stewart walking up to the 18th green of The Old Course at St. Andrews and tipping this cap to all the cheers.

No, there aren't any tags that have a size on it. I think that's why the band is made of nylon, because it stretches to fit the head.
