this is a hoodie/sweater that comes to just above the waist. it is from American Eagle and is size small. the sleeves are full length and it has a hood. this item looks very cute with a lacy cami worn underneath. shipping 2.50

im not sure if thats your area code but shipping will be 2.50 no matter where it goes. it it costs more i will cover the difference but in my experience its usually pretty close. it will be in an envelope.
