I believe it's gold tone, because I don't see a mark, but it's never turned or discolored so I'm not entirely sure.

Honestly, I dont know for sure. The ex gave it to me and said it was and it looks like it. It's a beautiful ring, but I honestly don't know the answer. I know it's never turned on me and the stone still looks nice. I wish I could help u further with that. I'm sorry! :)
