'Amish Nuttle' is an heirloom variety. Ideal for corn hills, especially for corn between 5 to 6 feet high. Generally it is ready for harvest 90 days after sowing, making it a fairly late-season bean. The bloom is white, and the pods are stubby, ranging from 3 to 4 inches long with 4 to 5 seeds per pod. The dried beans are purple-gray, marked with wine-colored speckles.
