The keyboard works fine except the buttons on the silver ends of each side do not work & the very top row of buttons on the keyboard do not work. Everything else works fine, You can still type/function fine without them. Keyboard Takes AAA Batteries. Mouse Works Fine It Takes AA Batteries.

What's the brand/manufacturer ? do they plug into the PC by USB ?

@rosy. It's wireless. It doesn't plug in directly. Also, take note of picture two, which clearly shows the USB dongle. Please do take more than two seconds to look at the post before asking questions.
