This is a Nazi ring. Nothing harmless about it. All the souls attached to that symbol and the horrid people that uphold it's nasty meaning to many. I say melt it and flush it.

I wouldn't suggest mailing this through general mail since they use machines to sort and I can't imagine what would happen to this if it went through a machine....I would suggest using USPS totally on this. watching this! :)
