This all the information I have. The code is good 2 tix for "any" movie. I do not know anything about $12 or $15 you are talking about.

Go to http://tickets.fandango.com/CheckBalance.aspx and type in the code.
It tells you that this code can be redeemed for 2 movie tickets up to a certain value. For example, "This promotional code can be redeemed for up to 2 free ticket(s) of the highest price in the order up to a maximum of $12.00. Convenience charges are not covered by the promotion" . Not all code are up to $12. Some are up to $15. That's what I need to know.
