Yes you can get results in as little as 45 mins but it keeps working for 72 hrs so you will see a difference from when you take it off and after the 72 hrs

Yes its only one time. You can wesr it as long as 8 hrs bc it starts to dry up around then. But it keeps working after you take it off it still detoxs and you are still loosing inches. It also helps with stretch marks. It detoxes your fat toxic cells
