Don't really know to much about it as far as if its real, gold, or plated, I do believe to see the word Thailand in graved in the inside however its small so not sure. It was given to me but its way to small I'm a size 7 and it fits my pinkie not sure what size but I took a picture with a measuring tape I hope this helps. It has 10 stones lined in the front, from a side view it has 7 what I think are suppose to be hearts on both sides. The picture make the ring look scratched up really bad however it dose have them but from the eye there not noticeable. Well its a very pretty ring and sparkles in the light. I have no clue, I'm a size 7 on my ring finger and its to small but it fits my pinkie, guessing and only a guess not accurate I'd say 5.5 or 6, sorry I can't give the actual size.. I hope this helps...
