I found a costume just like this one for sale. They wanted $8.50 minimum.

Measurements are
From Where the Leash Hole beneath the head to tail is 12 inches (1 ruler long)
From the Edge where the top velcro strap begins to the other side is also 12 inches (1 ruler long)

Size is not on the tag but its about a medium. I compared it to the other outfit I have up and they are close

I set this on my baby and took photos. It was the closet thing I got to her wearing it.

I used a lint roller and removed any leftover hair pieces.

Item is in good condition. I am not sure but there is a spot above the nose
