hand made headband. it stretches. stretched out is about a 15 inch circle. you want it a little snug, so your head where you wear them i would say should be 14 inches or smaller. if you have a stretch headband, measure it and see what you think.
please do NOT ask me to lower the days. i set the days that way so you can have free shipping.
