Could someone please explain to me how it works when you list something without free shipping and someone wins the auction. I don't understand the process I am new on here. Sorry this has nothing to do with this auction.

It depends on how you set up the auction - did you specify digital delivery or are you charging for the shipping? If you're charging, you should contact the buyer of your item and agree on the method of payment. Hope this helps.
