The listing, Bioshock 1 & 2 for Xbox 360 has ended.
This auction is for Bioshock 1 & 2 for xbox 360. Both games are in very good used condition. Winner gets both games! Smoke free home.
I will only ship to a verified address. If you have 0% feedback rating PLEASE DO NOT BID ON MY AUCTION. I will not refund credits because you did not read my rules.
I ship USPS first class with tracking. I will not ship to Canada. U.S. shipping only.
I was just about to bid on this until I seen the "if you have 0% feed back" part.. Ugh. I love Bioshock and sadly my parents don't want to buy me both games. Owell..-. Goodluck, anyways.[:
Sorry. Not trying to pick on newbies, but rather trying to weed out scammers and dishonest people who just sign up to get something for nothing. I appreciate that you read my rules before bidding though.
How about at least verifying your account first? I have that rule because there are a lot of people on here who like to scam and Listia rules seem to only protect buyers from scammers, not sellers from dishonest buyers. There are people (mostly new) who only sign up for the free credits, use them up and then lie in an attempt to get refunds so they can get even more freebies. Another reason I don't like working with people with new accounts is because they often leave Listia when they use up the free credits and don't bother leaving feedback. Since I am using my own money to send the item for free (and I always ship fast) then the least the buyer could do is take a few seconds to leave positive feedback.
this may or may not be a valid question...I just won my first auction and the tracking on the item says it will arrive in 2 days, on the 1st. Will my feedback rating be good enough after only giving feedback for the first auction I won? I fully intend to give feedback after receiving items on this site considering I rely on those reports as a buyer when choosing items to bid on.
Are you allowed to do that? If someone with 0 feedback bids and you don't send the item even though they send a verified address, because you put that in your description? I mean if the buyer asked for a refund when you don't send it, would Listia give you the credits because your description says nobody with 0 feedback? Just curious, F&W!
I have seen a lot of people add their own rules to auctions. As long as they do not violate Listia rules, I don't see why it wouldn't be OK. It's just like any other bit of info a seller puts in the description and if the buyer fails the read before bidding and doesn't comply with the rules then the seller should not be held responsible.
That's why I don't like dealing with newbies. Personally, I think Listia gives new accounts way too many credits to start with. When I signed up a few years ago the most you started off with was like 600 I think. If you wanted more you either had to buy them or list auctions. Now most people either spend their free credits and never come back, create another user account for more free credits, or they try to scam sellers to get their credits back after the receive the item. I have just had too many bad experiences with new buyers/sellers that I started telling adding the rule to my auctions. So far I haven't had any issues.
