Here is an Avon 1983 Nativity Collectibles the Shepherd Boy porcelain figurine. Hopefully someone has more of this set and can add this to their collection. If not, start your own collection and hunt them down. I have seen the entire set and they are beautiful. Approximately 5 inches tall.
