Description

The listing, Homemade Rice Warmer has ended.

This is the only one I have available at the moment. Of course you can tell me what you want but it will take about a week to get it done and out to you. This one is called calico cat.

UPDATE: My client has informed me that these are wonderful for the hot weather too! Just stick them in the freezer (they will not freeze but will come out nice and cool) and when you come in from a hot day from working outside or a family outing, take it out and put it around your neck and you will cool down in no time. So this is a year round functional item!!!

I also found out that they are great for babies that have colic. Just place them in the microwave for about 20 seconds (just enough to get it warm) and lay the baby on top of it. It soothes the tummy and helps them sleep.

These are absolutely one of the best things I have ever run across. One of my client's makes these. The outside fabric is flannel and is sewn into three compartments so that it contours to your body, unlike a heating pad, It is filled with rice, which releases a moist heat. I own one and it has done my back wonders. You heat it up in the microwave for two minutes and it will stay nice and warm for quite a while. Mine has stayed warm for as long as two hours when I have a cover over me. These are also great for your neck, shoulders, really anywhere you hurt as they fit to your body so well. People also use them to heat up their beds at night before they go to bed. Just heat them up, put them on your sheets, cover them up and wait about 15 minutes and your bed will be toasty warm when you crawl into it. If you have any questions at all please ask.

If you would like one in a certain color or pattern, just email me and I'll give her a call. All are made out of flannel.
