hi Valerie. when someone says verified, they are talking about the steps towards becoming a trusted listia seller. this cant be done from a smartphone as far as I know. you have to log onto a computer, go to listia, and click on the left hand side the verification linc. this will walk you through the steps. address, phone, fb, and ect. it tells bidders you are a real person and not a scammer, which I dont believe you to be. and tracking is added at the post office for .90 cents and tracks the package from your post office to the winners house. any questions and myself or a more knowledgeable listian will help.

Tigers101, I don't really know how to answer that question either. Once the auction is over, I will pack them in a flat rate box and ship them to the high bidder... That's all I know to do.
