Beautiful Antique Blue Enameled Lighter (tabletop).I don't know much about it, except it appears to be brass, and the name is impressed into the felt on the bottom. If you have any questions feel free to ask (I say Antique , but I don't know when it was made, it is quite old though).

This kind of Cloisonne (enameled) is like glass baked onto metal and the reason it became popular was because of Karl Faberge's Eggs!(Made for the Czar's of Russia.).This has the vans stamp on the bottom. These have become collectible as they were produced in the 1920's up throughout the 1970's

UPDATE!! I DROPPED THE START PRICE TO 1200!!! These lighters are collectible!! I looked all over the net and didn't find this exact one! Most (even damaged) were $25 to $125 !!! This is money in the bank!! (Don't look at the list prices! Check what they sold for!! And I didn't see any in this beautiful blue!!(Or this beautiful shape!!), C'mon folks!! This should easily be 25000 points!!!
