This is for sure a big kid toy!
They come from radio shack there is 4 different builds. Mintronics: blinkt grid. These run about 19.99 ea except for 1 of them and that one is 24.99 so what this is is a circit board that you build different devices this one happens to be a reader board it comes with 56 led's to display text and animation in fun ways siply visit the blinky grid website hold it up to your monitor and it is programmed and you built this electrnic reader board yourself from scratch so if your in to building electroics or want to learn this is for you. but please do know this is new in the box and these are not cheap good luck on your bidding and as for shipping I will do this one free
