M3 nail stamping plate with 7 images: hearts, stars, flowers, and bows. Protective cover still on. Peel off before use! It is the blue plastic that is scratched, NOT THE PLATE ITSELF.

How does this work? Do you need other accessories to use this?

You do need a scraper (an old credit card/store reward card works just as well and won't scratch up the plate like a metal one might.) And a stamper. You put a little nail polish over the image you want, use the scraper/card to smooth over and remove excess then press the stamper head to the image to pick it up. Transfer image to your nail and protect with a clear coat to make it last longer.
