I would REALLY like to get this! I. Hate my hair and it just won't grow due to too many dyes. Yet when I bid, as soon as I do it says the someone bid higher than me! :/ ... Is there any possible way you can let me know why this is happening?

They have already put in a higher bid than you. Bidding only goes to the amount that is necessary, usually about 10 credits more than the previous bid. To beat the highest bid you must bid more than the person who has put in the highest bid, which could be any amount, you'll just have to keep bidding to beat the highest bid.
