So if I bid on something that is closing tonight you won't ship it until the 20th? That's in violation of Listia rules. You are supposed to ship within 7 days of end of auction which would be the 17th depending on your time zone. I wasn't aware you could do that. Please advise because I would bid on this if you would ship it within 7 days time. BTW, if you can ship only on the 3 and the 20th shouldn't you time your listings to end on these days?? Wouldn't that be more fair???

well yes you are absolutely right, but i kind of figured everyone who read it, would not bid if they could not wait a little, time, 3 out of every auction i win i never receive, things happen like that sometimes, and LISTIA is supposed to be fun, if you are in such a rush please, just don't bid ,i do the best i can with what i have to work with,,,,,,,,,i guess i can just stop my auctions half of the month although a lot of folks ship on specific dates once a month,,even, now i thought that so long as it was clear and easily understood,,agreements would then be,,,well binding, but you are right, oh yes and,,,i do guarantee my auctions, i will refund, replace, or repair, so sorry if you are bothered, i did not intend that to happen.
