The skirt is 97% Cotton and 3% Spandex. I suppose it's fairly true to size. I wore it when I was size 7/8 until about a size 11/12. I'm not entirely sure what the brand's size chart suggest for measurements,especially since I bought this a few years ago. I would say about a 30-32 inch waist at the largest, but that's just my personal opinion..I'm sure body shape, et cetera would factor into that a lot.

As for the romper, I have never worn it ,and the tags are still attached. It's difficult to say what size could wear it (once again it would depend on the build of the individual.) I would say size 10/12 ish or smaller. It fit when I bought it around that size. The materials are also 97% cotton 3% spandex.

The mini dress is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. I've taken the tags off,and tried it on,but that's about it. It has a lot of stretch,and is a size large. I would say the only size issue would be the bust. Anything larger than about a D might not fit into the padded cups. They look easily removed though.

Aw =( I'm afraid it would be too big. You could have the skirt taken in,or maybe wear a waist belt/pin it to stay up,but the other items would probably be unflattering on a small body frame.
